To me it sound funny because usually fractures are associated with bones but u and i know quite well that the penis has no bones .
Has anyone any ideas on this ?  ive nursed a patient with the diagnosis in a teaching hospital he claimed that he was working out in a gym wen he fell which i dont buy cos before a penis can be fracture it muct be erected and this guys wife isnt in town so he must be aroused while the accident occued so there fore there is what is called fractured PENIS
his story could be 100% true because of "sports induced erection" which is common among sports men...............that is one on the most common causes
