Zlatan Ibrahimovic turned up for the new season with a tightly pulled ponytail and gotee combo that kind of makes him look like a giant Swedish samurai. It's drawn some comments from the peanut gallery, but now Milan owner and true arbiter of good taste Silvio Berlusconi has offered his judgment on Ibra's hair.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claims the club chief had a long meeting with the Sweden international during his last visit to Milanello.

During the talk, Berlusconi reportedly advised the former Barcelona and Inter striker to trim his hair.

Ibrahimovic has not cut his hair since the summer and is now sporting a ponytail, however, Berlusconi is eager for his players to look the part as well as play it.

It's not the first time the Milan supremo has offered advice on keeping up appearances. Last year he told coach Massimiliano Allegri to change his hairstyle.

It seems Zlatan didn't take Berlusconi's advice to heart because he's still got his hair. As long as Ignazio Abate likes it, I'm guessing he just doesn't care what everyone else thinks.
