I have heard many musicians sing songs praising their mother. They sing of the help she gave to them, her care, support, petting, encouragement, etc. Some of these musicians include Prince Nicko Mbaga (sweet mother), Faze (Faze alone), and the rest. But I've not heard of any music used in praising fathers. Even when you hear Daddy or Father in any music, they refer it to God and not the earthly father. Even in discussion with people, they tend to praise their mum more.
Does it mean that father doesn't play important role in the life of their children or even when they do, why is it not appreciated?
For me I think Dads do far greater than Mums.
What do you think?
