i do not think dat it is a crime having a sex with ur wife during pregnancy especially when she is getting to delivery stage except prove otherwise by the Doctor,  but i do not agree with the method that the husband had used.however,for the sake of the kids and the unborn baby they should both look for ways to resolve this issues and stop making fool of themselves .
