My broda u are correct. if they know the tactics, why not apply on Boko Haram. I think the reasons we establish Nigeria police has been misled and mis-applied. the wife alone is it not ok? why sister and baby? Posted: at 24-12-2011 12:11 AM (13 years ago) | Upcoming

Any lawyer wanna make a name? or is Naija just a lawless country where the politician will always win? Posted: at 24-12-2011 12:55 AM (13 years ago) | Gistmaniac

livingday at 24-12-2011 01:45 AM (13 years ago) (m) You sound so ignorant of the reality n Nigeria, I doubt you even live in Nigeria.
Because a procedure is written on paper, does not mean the Nigerian police has to abide by it in discharging its duties.
Grow up and go out to find out what the reality is.
I don't have to live in Nigeria to know what is proper police procedures or best practice; the rule of law, natural justice or fundamental human rights.
The Nigerian Police have to abide by its own procedures and any deviation not only invalidates their action but constitutes a dereliction of duty and abuse of power or fair process.
You see, when you accept that they don't have to abide by procedures in discharging their duties, you become part of the problem - you are not shining any light on what is wrong in society.
As for growing up:- that I joined issues with your petty or amateurish, self-seeking or attention-grabbing headlines is adequate testimony of my maturity and global outlook. Posted: at 24-12-2011 01:45 AM (13 years ago) | Gistmaniac
