Fashola To Send Lagos State Cleaners And Road Sweepers To UK For Training (Page 4)

Shame shame shame to the committee that voted to waste the state funds by sending the cleaners to the UK if the story is a true one. I for one would suggest that two or three experts from the UK or the USA should come to the state and train or show some chosen numbers of educated cleaners (employees) how to do the job in a professional manner with machines and modern equipments since that is what is been use in civilized countries. After they have mastered the job of keeping Lagos clean and the use of the equipments then, the rest employees could be trained by those trained by the experts that visited the country. There is no need sending the cleaners abroad which would have been waste of money big time with some people getting rich on the side as well.
