My colleagues (male & female) were arguing about this:
- Girl: I should be able to go to my guys house secretly, cook a special dish and set the apartment mood with candles while I wait till he gets back from office on Valentine's day as my surprise VAL gift for him. After all, we are dating so I have right to surprise him like that by violating his privacy!
- Guy: Why would you do that? Shouldn't there be a hint? What if he comes home very tired and didn't appreciate all your efforts the way u wanted? Or what if he has other plans?
For me, I would say - HELL NO! Ladies please cut that surprise part cos most guys (me) hardly appreciate surprises. What if am expecting more from her, I won't be able to hide my disappointment? I do rather she tells me or give a hint of wht she's planning which on its own will be good enough as a surprise. In case, I want more, I can stylishly tell her.
Guys & ladies, wht do u think about this argument?
