MASSOB sets up camps for returnees and distributes uniform for Ojukwu’s burial

    Following large number of Ndigbo returning to the East on account of incessant killings by Boko Haram, in some parts of the North, the Movement for Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB, has opened five refugee camps in three states of the South East to provide temporary shelter for the returnees.The Director of Information of the Movement, Comrade Uchenna Madu, who confirmed existence of the refugee camps, explained that two of the camps were each located in Imo and Anambra states, while the remaining one was sited in Enugu State. Madu announced that MASSOB leader, Chief Uwazurike, had been dispatching buses to the troubled parts of the Northern part of the country to bring stranded easterners home.

    In the same vein, As arrangements for the burial of the late Chief Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu progress, Movement for Actualization of the sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) has started the distribution of special uniform for all its members which will be used for the burial. The MASSOB Director of Information, Mr. Uchenna Madu, who disclosed this in Onitsha said all members of MASSOB would appear on the special uniform for easy identification. Mr. Madu said the distribution of the uniform started yesterday at Freedom House Okwei Onuimo, Imo State.

I support MASSOB for this gr8 job they are doing. I knw one day we will fly our flag high as we sing the Biafran National Anthem.

does it mean those people didnt have a place of their own in their home?

Is not what you think. what if you don't have enough resources to build houses back at home when you live somewhere else. and besides, No one had expected to go back if not the Boko-haram menace. Most of them must have found their home in the North. My thinking anyways!

dont make excuse for them abeg
some of them could even have their own buildings there in the north and they forget their home
thats why they have become refugees in their own land
