but , i read it some where about 3 or 4 days ago that 17, 000 and not 17 passed out of 18,000,

Prof. Ango Abdullahi, the Chairman of the governing council of the Bauchi State University would'nt ve been shocked,if 17,000 passed out of 18,000 that is already 90% which is excellent.Use ur brain.Anyway i am not surprised...,you too ve issues.

Again, Boko haram has spell all their educational futures with bomb. Is no a surprise thing that only seven 17 students pass the so called WAEC/NECO exam in the northern zone. Plzz advice them to produce more bomb, that will be better... Abeg naija people. The bomb go finish all the generation to come.
