Yes they can (under the right conditions)...men that abuse their loved ones are men without principles or men with wrong principles.When a man believes in something he holds on to it whether right or wrong but when he believes in nothing,he becomes a man without principles,without temperament boundries(self control).
This condition could be as a result of infant molestation,parents attitude or even enviroment.If they couldn't change counsellors and rehabilitation facilities would be useless.If this attitude is observed among kids its best to change enviroment and attitude towards the child especially in cases of misconduct...(not all disciplinary processes are tough)...don't let the child grow with that attitude because its EASIER TO MOULD A BOY THAN TO BEND A MAN.

NOTE: IF SYMPTOMS PERSISTS AFTER COUNSELLING AND REHABILITATION CONSULT A DILIVERANCE MINISTER.
