A 40-year-old single mother, Edith Nwokolo, who resided in the Isolo area of Lagos, was visited by her estranged lover, Amaechi Uchenna on Thursday February 23, around 10pm.

Unfortunately, one hour later, by 11pm Edith had died in mysterious circumstances while Amaechi was still in the apartment. Now Edith’s family members alleged that the victim was strangled by Amaechi after a failed attempt to rape her.
