Well at least theres a court hearing for any case like this. If you are GUILTY means u r GUILTY but if you are not they will release you.
Wondering why everything topic death sentence for Nigerian in Malaysia or any country there will be 5 - 6 pages comment but the the court relase 4 Nigerian due to drug trafficking there only 1 COMMENT?
THE RULES IS THE RULE AND THE LAW IS THE LAW. JUST BECAUSE YOUR COUNTRY DIDNT PRACTIC THAT DOESNT MEAN EVERY COUTRY HAVE TO FOLLOW. Most country take drugs serious matter because they know drugs can do to people esp young ppl and also to the country. Just because your government didnt see this as a serious matter like how other country does so dnt blame that country. THE DRUG ITSELF DO NOT GOOD AND EVERYONE KNOW THAT.
