First is this same 'old' story has been posted previously on naijapals " //www.gistmania.com/talk/topic,95453.0.html"
On the previous post she was 10 and now she is 13  Huh?
All-in-all, if a 73 yrs old man could rape a 13 yrs old girl then thats rather unfortunate bcs that girl is even qualified to be his great grand daughter. But lets nt run into hasty conclusions here, lets wait for the dna result.

DNA result or not some idiot of a so called man
has been having sex with this little girl since 12 yrs old
now that is bad enough on its own merit and ...
she definitely did not buy the baby at some local toy shop
so stop your hypocrisy about waiting DNA b/4 commenting ...
I just hope she gets all the help needs including counseling...
And who so ever the culprit is should be brought to justice ...

This case should not only be about the question of paternity of the baby it should first of all be about the defilementt of a child. Please let the 73 years oldman - Job Onyemakiya be asked if he had canal knowledge of the 13 year old girl. If he had canal knowledge of the the girl then it becomes a case of of an opportunistic paedophile preying on an innocent child.

If Job Onyemakiya has committed segxwal offence against the 13 year old girl and against the state, he should therefore be tried in the court of law and be sentenced accordingly if found guilty and his name Job Onyemakiya) be placed on sex offenders register for life.

Though I don't know what the age of consent to sex is in Nigeria, this is a pathetic story and honestly do not believe that a 13 years old minor in the eyes of Law will have the legal capacity to consent to sex

May I plead with you readers and fellow Nigerians living in Lagos to have a rally for 'Justice for the 13 Years old girl' and take a further steps to persuade the commissioner of police to investigate and charge Job Onyemakiya for segxwal offences.

Anyone at that age will be scared of repecautions she may have been threatened with of be easily convinced of the persuassions from her predatory paedophile.
