NEPA you will never change.look at what youve cause now :'(all what you know is carring ladder around disconnecting light and if possible witholding it just because you are insulted.when it comes to doing your work you are nowhere to be found.

RIP. Even poor Niger republic have coated high tension cables, I pity ma country nothing is organised, only criminals we have as leaders, everybody is fighting for his own pocket.
