Silent billlionaire, oil titan and philanthropist, Hajia Bola Shagaya effectively shut down Lagos yesterday as virtually everybody who was somebody came to honour this stylish high society doyenne at her 60th birthday party held inside the prestigious Eko Convention Centre.
