LOL who said their arguments don't make sense? They do. If you allow people to be themselves, you lower the risk of them spreading diseases that they catch from being forced to be themselves in private. Then they go back to people that they are only with to please others and spread these diseases. It all boils down to accountability. When things go wrong in Nigeria, if you are a common individual, you have no system to fall upon or call upon. That is one of the most significant segments of the overall problem. It is unfortunate that Nigeria has everything it needs to excel but simply does not for a number of reasons. Very embarrassing.
