COMMON NECESSITIES SUCH AS ELECTRICITY CANNOT BE MET WHILE COUNTRIES SUCH AS SUDAN WHICH HAVE BEEN IN WAR FOR THE PAST 30 YRS AND CAN HARDLY  BOAST OF ANY NATURAL RESOURCES HAVE CONSTANT ELECTRICITY.

NIGERIA IS SLOWING BECOMING A FAILED STATES.. IF BOKO HARAM CAN CARRY OUT MULTIPLE ATTACKS IN A STATE SUCH AS KOGI WHICH IS NOT FAR FROM ABUJA, THEN THE GOVERNMENT REALLY NEED TO FASTEN UP THEIR SIT BELT.
