1  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / Herbalists Rush for Used Condoms in Abuja – New Business for Prostitutes on: 9-08-2012 03:42 PM
Used Condoms in the past is something that none pays attention to, but shockingly it has now become one thing no one wants to drop carelessly especially patrons of “runs” babes in the Federal Capital Territory because of the huge financial prices.
Information has it that herbalists now buy it from most call girls and runs babes in the Federal Capital Territory.

Already most patrons now pick their used condoms from prostitutes, and dispose it themselves so as not to get their sperm that is stocked in the condom in the hands of herbalists.

According to those who should know, many young girls who are now involved in the prostitution business are now willing to go out with men at any cost unlike in the past. They don’t haggle prices with customers because they make fast cash from the sale of the sperm of all customers that they sleep with.

According to some of the young prostitutes, some herbalists do come along from 4:30 am each morning to collect and pay cash for used condoms.

Last month and early this month, men of the Abuja Task Force arrested over 1400 prostitutes out of which over 80percent were caught with used condoms filled with sperm which shocked the Task Force personnel thereby giving credence to the booming trade involvement of the most call girls in the sordid act of selling sperm for money.

Already the business is now a booming one as the girls are in haste to sleep with anyone so far they can be handy with the condoms from such entanglement, thereby earning some thousands of naira in cash as proceeds from their sperm sales.

While none of the young girls arrested and spoken to can give any accurate or clear cut reasons why and what the buyers are using the sperm for, some herbal practitioners confirm it is a ready-made tool for some herbal charm.

3  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / [Photo] Fashola Arrests 2 Top Army Officers On BRT Lane. on: 17-07-2012 11:45 PM
Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, Tuesday arrested two top military officers who drove on the dedicated Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) lane, expressing dismay that those who should show the highest form of discipline and professionalism were the ones violating the BRT regulation.

The two military officers, who were accosted on the BRT lane at the Outer Marina in Central Lagos, are Colonel Ki Yusuf who drove in an Army Green Peugeot 406 with registration number BO1 – 150 NA and Staff Sergeant Adeomi A.J. who drove in a black Toyota Camry.

Realizing that the game was up, Colonel Yusuf came down from his car, saluted severally and kept muttering “I am sorry, very, very sorry”, with the Governor enquiring why, as a senior military officer, Yusuf would choose to break the law instead of preserving it.

The arrest drew the attention of commuters and other passers-by who commended the Governor for showing good leadership and expressed joy that the senior military officers got caught in the act at last.

Fielding questions from newsmen after the incident, Governor Fashola described as very unfortunate the fact that those who ought to stand behind in defence of the democratic values of the nation are the ones violating the law.

[/img]

Governor Fashola, who noted that the highest levels of the Military Command have expressed continuously their commitment to supporting democracy and to subjecting themselves and their officers to the laws of the country, declared, “those officers that I caught today are a very bad example for the military.”

The Governor said he had already made a representation to the superiors of the culprits, expressing optimism that they would be sanctioned appropriately.

He, however, added: “but it signifies my commitment and the commitment of the Lagos State Government that all those who will not comply with our laws should leave our state. We will not back down.

“There is a zero tolerance for lawlessness. There is zero tolerance for breach of our regulations and we are going to do more of this. We are going to take control over our traffic. We cannot build our way out of traffic congestion; our responsibility is to manage traffic and manage congestion.”

Insisting that people must behave themselves, Governor Fashola declared: “I don’t use the BRT lane, I sit down in traffic and I expect everyone who wants to drive his car to do the same. The alternative is to use the bus.

“The bus is for those who cannot afford to buy cars. They have the right also to use the road and we cannot encroach on that lane which we have reserved for them. This is democratisation of the road and I will defend it.”

Who talk say this man no get action. This isn't the first time he is arresting people driving on the BRT lane, especially along that marina area. I witnessed one myself, where he got down and ran after an offender with his SSS running behind him. He was even faster than his security operatives. [/b]

Commuters aboard a commercial bus in Lagos, on Wednesday, panicked and jumped off the vehicle when a snake was discovered inside the bus.

Eyewitnesses said the Nissan Civilian bus suddenly screeched to a stop in the middle of Apapa Road, and both driver and passengers evacuated the vehicle.

One of the bus passengers, who did not want her name published, said that she raised the alarm on sighting the snake which was aboard the bus heading for Okokomaiko, a Lagos suburb.

“I was sitting in the back and noticed something moving around my feet,” she said. “I checked to look at what it was and I saw it was a snake.”

The development drew passersby who attempted to kill the snake but only succeeded in chopping off its tail before the reptile slithered into an unreachable crevice inside the bus.

Ex-soccer star Austin Jay Jay Okocha is not the type of a businessman to be messed around with.

A customer visited his night club(Club 10,situated on Saka Tinubu Street,Victoria Island,Lagos) to enjoy himself. And after allegedly drinking and refusing to pay,Okocha handed him over to the police who did not only detain him,but have since dragged him to court.

The 27-year-old man,Henry Orjinta, was arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrate Court,Lagos. And his offence, according to the court,is this: That you,Orjinta,at about 4am at club 10,Saka Tinubu Street,Victoria Island, within the Lagos Magisterial District, did collect drinks worth N245,700 under the pretence that you would pay after consumption and thereby commited an offence punishable under section 313(a), criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria,2011.

Orjinta maintained that he wasn’t guilty on the day the matter came up in court and was granted bail by Magistrate Oshodi Makanju. He allegedly committed the offence on Sunday,April 22,at the hangout which the former Super Eagles captain runs with his gorgeous wife, Nkechi.

According to source, the accused had stormed Club 10 with some of his friends on the above date and ordered for beer for himself and his friends. However, around 4am when the bar tender approached him for payment the story changed, leading to the drama that is now unfolding at the Igbosere Magistrate Court

Dont you messe with an Igbo man's business.............dem no dey take money play. So our court now judges people who drink and dont pay. Joke of the century.

The Joint Military Task Force (JTF) has arrested a Yoruba man, Suleiman Mohammed, who hails from Ogbomosho, Oyo State and is allegedly operational Commander of the Boko Haram sect in Kano.

According to THEWILL, an online publication, Mohammed was detained on Friday alongside his wife and five children after a raid at Farawa Babbanlayi where the military found sophisticated weaponry. He has since been flown to Abuja.

Kano State Police Commissioner, Mr. Ibrahim Idris, who confirmed the arrest of the sect leader said no shot was fired during the raid, adding that 1000 rounds of ammunitions, 10 crates of IEDs, a riffle and 3 pistols were seized from him.

“The arrest came after a tip off from the public; and security agencies successfully arrested the top sect leader, whom we believe to be the operational commander of the sect in the state," he said.

Idris further stated that Suleiman is likely to be the person behind the series of organised deadly attacks in the state, particularly, the attack on Christian worshippers inside the BUK campus and the targeted killings of innocent persons in the state.

A Kenyan man who was cheating with another man's wife got stuck in her this week in a guest house in Nairobi. The husband of the woman had suspected she was cheating on him, so he visited a witchdoctor who applied black magic on the wife, causing the cheating man to get stuck inside her during the act. For hours, the police could not rescue him from the black magic, and the husband in blue jeans and white T-Shirt refused to be persuaded.

A big crowd swelled outside to witness the drama, as police ran out of options on how to help the two. The cheating man finally agreed to pay the husband Sh20,000 in compensation. Then a local pastor was called in to pray and the two were finally separated. At the end of the video the cheating man was seen heading out to withdraw the money from an ATM.

Quote from: igbsam on 11-04-2012 06:45 PM
Five of seven armed robbery suspects on Tuesday escaped from a Magistrates’ Court in Minna while waiting for the arrival of the magistrate for the court to begin business, witnesses said.

Witnesses said the suspects escaped in a Honda Accord car, belonging to Mr Tanimu Bako, the prosecutor after using dangerous weapons, such as cutlasses and sickle, found in the courtroom to batter the prosecutor to a state of unconsciousness.

A worker at the court told newsmen that the suspects whispered to themselves before arming themselves with the exhibits in the courtroom and used them to scare court workers before attacking the prosecutor.

The worker said the prosecutor had tried to lock the door of the courtroom when he was attacked, adding that he was taken to Minna General Hospital immediately as he was bleeding heavily.

The Magistrate, Hajiya Amina Musa, confirmed the incident to NAN and said, “thank God that I had not arrived, only God knows what they could have done to me.”

Musa said the two remaining suspects had been handed over to the police and stressed that the prison officials brought the suspects in their custody to court without adequate security arrangements at the court.

“There was no police or warder at the court when it happened,” she said.

She said that the police later recovered Bako’s car without the suspects at Maurice area of Minna, where they hit another car while trying to escape from the police, who were chasing them.

Also confirming the incident, the Police Public Relation Officer in Niger, Mr Richard Oguche said “we were in a meeting this morning with our commissioner when the news filtered in.

“We have written to the prison authority to explain why it should bring armed robbery suspects to court without adequate security arrangement.

“It is their responsibility to take care of suspects in their custody until they are granted bail by the court or served out their jail term,” Oguche said.

He said that the police were making efforts to re-arrest the fleeing suspects. (NAN)

Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State, Monday night, foiled a robbery operation in Obalende area of the state, recovering a locally-made gun and some suspected stolen items.

A three-man robbery gang, said to have snatched a bag from one of its victims, reportedly drove against traffic  apparently on  the look out for another, when it sighted the governor and his aides approaching.

The gang members immediately fled, abandoning their operational motorcycle and the bag.

The recovered item and unregistered motorcycle were handed over to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Abubakar Manko, yesterday, by the Commissioner of Information, Mr. Lateef Ibirogba and the Chief Security Officer to Gov. Fashola, Mr. Adeshina  Lawal.

Warning unscrupulous elements to leave the state, Lawal said the government would not relent in its efforts at making the state unconducive for them.

Receiving the recovered items, the CP assured that the command would double its effort to ensure the security of lives and property of Lagosians and also chase criminals out of the state.
