Yea but the HIV patient is required by law to disclose his/her status to whomever they're going to be intimate with. But in this case I will try to persuade my son to have a meet to talk with the girl first. And then after ask if she told him anything about her health status. And if he says No-- At that point I will tell my son that she's HIV positive--so it's not like am running around telling everyone her status and from there am sure he knows what decision he will be making.
