The inclusion of Nigeria and Turkey among this list of so-called 'Failed States' is a load of balderdash without balls. Most countries undergo periodic social upheavals, which is to say they are not without functioning governments and institutions of state. Would they also call USA a failed State given the ongoing social upheavals, killings, riots, racial tension and demonstrations? What about China and India grappling with Muslim insurgencies? Turkey is more prosperous than some countries in the EU. I am not surprised most of the countries on the list are African, which says a lot about the disdain with which Africans are looked down upon. Time for minorities of all persuasions to stand up and be heard

Well, I guess the devil you know is better than the angerl you dont know. 2 billion and that's just for one house. Mr cattle rearer

I had always suspected that you were an irresponsible blogger scavenging and dustbin-diving for sensationalism over factual reportage to your own damnation.

The President was actually evicted from this same property by the owner in 2012. At the time it made national headlines and also in some social web sites.
A blogger worth his salt, which evidently you were not, would not lap-up drivels but research topics as opposed to your usual warped blogs.

Kindly read this news published in 2012 -

At the moment, General Muhammadu Buhari, presidential candidate of Congress for Progressive Change ,CPC has no abode in Abuja.Newsdiaryonline learnt Buhari has been ejected from what used to be known as his residence at Asokoro, Abuja because he could not afford the N20 million required to renew the rent.Even after the rent was reduced to N15 million, the General still could not raise the fund. The house he was ejected from is located at number 11, Queen Elizabeth street ,Asokoro.

Investigations revealed that associates of Buhari made efforts to convince him to reach out to Umaru Almakura, Nassarawa state governor( who was elected on the platform of CPC ) so that he could offset the rent but Buhari refused to ask the governor for assistance. He would rather maintain his integrity than have the governor spend money on him.The CPC flagbearer chose to move his property to Kaduna as soon as it was evident he could not raise the money on his own.

Newsdiaryonline learnt that some of Buhari’s associates who wanted to avoid his ejection actually reached out to the owner of the property .And the landlord even agreed to slash the rent to N15million for the sake of the General .Sadly, he could not pay and he accepted the option of moving his property to Kaduna .Buhari is believed to have made up his mind to put up somewhere he can afford whenever he has something to do in Abuja henceforth.

But more interesting revelations unfolded upon further enquiry.Newsdiaryonline learnt even the two- year rent which became due for renewal was paid for by yet another retired senior military colleague.”I can tell you that it was General Theophilus Danjuma that even paid the initial rent for Buhari for him to move into that accommodation,”a source said in Abuja.

Initially, some observers felt all Buhari needed to do was just to let the presidency know about his predicament and help could come easily. But the General apparently didn’t think like that.Of course,it is understandable. His party ,CPC challenged the election of President Goodluck Jonathan until the Supreme Court recently affirmed Jonathan’s victory.

"According to Wali, he had organised  visits to Nigerians in prisons and that many of them did not enter China with their real names and genuine Nigerian passports"

If many of them did not use their real names and genuine Nigerian passports, how did you know that they were Nigerians? These are fake Nigerians from other African countries trying to damage Nigerian image for their crimes?

If God wants to prove anything to humans, why will he choose uninhabited place like Mars and not Earth where His children are? The story is not true!

If so, what was the senseless killings all about and why did the government allow it knowing it could do a deal to spare lives?
6  Forum / Politics / Boko Haram Breakthrough or Strategic Ploy? on: 9-07-2013 01:27 AM

KANO - On Monday the 8th July 2013 the minister of Special duties Alhaji Tanimu Turaki is reported to have announced on Radio France International that the Federal Government and Boko Haram have signed a ceasefire deal.  If true it means that this breakthrough is coming on the eve of the Muslim Holy month of Ramadan.

The question is whether this is a Boko Haram manoeuvre to restock after recent setback or they are trying to use this quiet period of fasting to survey potential targets?  Is this really the end of the war with Boko Haram? Can they be trusted?

God help the poor boy. As some of my pals here would say, 'it is a sign of end time'! Is it, really?

Doctors have been asked by a devastated mother to help her young child who has a three-inch “tail” that is still growing.
The growth protruding from seven-month-old Xiao Wei’s spine is the result of him being born with spina bifida, which means his vertebrae did not form properly, reports The Sun.
His mother Chen, from Guangdong province in China, said: "We have asked the surgeons to remove the tail but they tell us it is not that simple."
9  Forum / Naijapals Base (Metro life) / World's most expensive motorhome: £2m on: 11-06-2013 01:56 AM
This space-age mega caravan made from solid gold comes with an enormous master bedroom, 40-inch TV, fireplace and even a rooftop terrace.
The extravagant caravan, a 430ft solid gold monster, is the world's most expensive motorhome - and it'll set you back an eye-watering £2 million, which is about N500 million Naira.
Just at a press  of a button and the motorhome will transform into a 'Sky Lounge' complete with pop-up cocktail bar, under floor heating and marble lighting.
It won't surprise many to learn that the extravagant vehicle was created in Dubai, where they're not exactly known for doing things by halves.
The £2m home, said to be popular with oil-rich sheikhs, can even wash itself after being driven through the Middle Eastern desert.

The big question is if you are rich would you spend such amount to indulge yourself in a mobile home?

yes for sure,it was not abusing comment to you,i was trying to put suspense on your comment by paraphrasing the word fire, really i don't understand why that guy should insult me.if there is anybody who should said something it should be you because it is your comment.

You know there are many kids on this site ready for a fight even when it is not their problem. They can jump into any argument if they don't like you or your tribe or religion.  You should know by now that NP is a site full of hot-heads. Do not belittle yourself by exchanging barbs with them. The best you can do is to ignore them and move on with your life.
