Of what use is the bulb without the so called energy?

We realize that in this country, probably because it is government that pays the bills, in public offices and houses where government pay bills, people leave light on in day time. Some places street lights will be on till 8 a.m. In some houses security light will be on in day time. This is not what is happening in other countries.


IN THOSE COUNTRIES THERE ARE NO KEROSENE AND PETROL QUEUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is the point in buying bulbs for electricity that comes once in a week at times? I think for the fact that a lot of people barely  even use electricity, the bulbs are already being saved....lol
