Exactly 7 days after an attack that killed several worshippers at a Catholic Church in Kaduna, another attack has been reported.

According to eyewitnesses, masked gunmen opened fire on innocent worshippers during a Catholic mass in Ungwar Paupau, Kachia LGA of the state.

Eyes witness said one of the youth guarding the Church was killed while several others injured are receiving treatment at various hospitals in the area.

The eyewitness said:

“They came with sophisticated weapons shooting and one person died instantly while
several others have been admitted at various hospital. Church Mass was going on when the gunmen came and started shooting.”
