If one is  going through separation period but finds him/herself in love with someone or perhaps has a fling with someone, would  that be considered as cheating, adultery or normal? I happened to advise a friend, but ended up not knowing where to classify her attitude to, what do u think?

When a married couple is separated they are still legally married. If you have sex outside of marriage as poster say, it is adultery. If two people are not married it is cheating. Related question...if a married couple is separated and one dies, who inherits the family property...the life insurance? Why?Just ask this to make my point sharper!

My question is Did he/she slept '' make love'' already with that person he/she got fling with? if yes... The simple truth is this,....... is CHEATING.. becos he/she is still under Marriage law, There is no proper divorce or cancellation of marriage.

Of course the fling ended up in love making, besides they are into separation period waiting for the final divore pronouncement and have decided not to come back or live together as couple.

is not just only Cheating, is also total Adultery, sin unto God and mankind !!
