Amidst a gathering of esteemed dignitaries and stakeholders, the United Nations (UN) has commended Nigeria's notable progress under the leadership of President Tinubu, acknowledging substantial reforms aimed at stabilizing the economy and addressing security challenges.

The accolades came during a High-level Dialogue on Delivering the Renewed Hope Agenda, where UN Deputy Secretary-General, Hajiya Amina Mohammed, lauded Nigeria's advancements, citing significant strides in economic stability and proactive measures to combat insecurity.

Highlighting initiatives such as the nationwide digital literacy program and the expansion of broadband infrastructure, Mohammed underscored the administration's commitment to bridging the digital divide and empowering citizens in the digital age.

Echoing the sentiment, British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Dr. Richard Montgomery, expressed admiration for the security strategies implemented under President Tinubu's leadership, reaffirming the United Kingdom's steadfast support for Nigeria's government in fostering transparency and accountability.

Ministers and government officials, including Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr. Doris Nkiruka Uzoka-Anite, Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris, and Minister of Budget and National Planning, Alhaji Atiku Bagudu, lauded the administration's achievements and emphasized the pivotal role of international cooperation in realizing the goals of the Renewed Hope Agenda.

In his address, Managing Director of the Bank of Industry, Dr. Olasupo Olusi, emphasized the transformative impact of strategic partnerships in driving economic growth and inclusive development, highlighting the theme of the dialogue: "Leveraging International Cooperation to Enhance Trade, Investment and Sustainable Development in Nigeria."

The event also witnessed the presence of distinguished figures including Deputy Chief of Staff to the President (Office of the Vice President), Senator Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, Minister of Women Affairs, Mrs. Uju Kenedy Ohaneye, European Union Ambassador to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Amb. Samuel Isopi, among others, reaffirming Nigeria's commitment to fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with the global community.
