I caught my friend's fiance in a Brothel, Should I tell my friend?

Not today, it has been weekly basis I do see him in and out of the brothel every weekend. Why would he do such, he is my friend fiance; Do I approach him or go straight to my friend and explain what is going on to her.

Im confused, help out please.
