Honestly i do not know the signs that indicate he'll be a husband material but i sure know a guy that will make a good father:
1.He is patient with children(even stubborn ones)
2.HE knows when not to spare the rod
3.He generally loves children(whether relatives or non-relative)
4.He knows what a child needs at a particular time(he can predict their emotions and desire)...etc

But if you want to know how a man wiull treat you as his wife...become his sisters or mothers' friend and you'll find out.
