There is need for parents to put Law of Trusts (Will Trusts) inter vivos - while living, at work by the rightful owner of the property to enable it be shared as they want and be enforced at court of equity any time. And nothing will ever change it! Equity is equity.

In Igboland ,  The traditions transcends all laws regarding the issue of inheritance especially when a man dies intestate , even in most cases court rulings are contested and over-ruled...in favor of the traditional stipulations of the land .,
In Igboland,  The male child / children is expected to inherit his /their fathers properties,  Lands, Houses, Businesses, cash, And some transferable titles, etc. This is the norm,
It would be untraditional and a taboo for women to summon the gall to demand their share of a landed property, no good Igbo girl with male siblings will try such nonsense !!!, The girls only get what their father  gave them while alive !!!.
