It's a shame that even up till now females are not regarded as children with equal rights as the males...i weep for africa, our wickedness and backwardness carry 1st class.

in your family everthing is been shared equally, go home and ask question, how can you shar things equally with your father's first son, then take urs to ur husband who is not even a menmber of the family.
my family is not a hungry and greedy family. besides, the law has been there before i was born, and it will forever be....

There is need for parents to put Law of Trusts (Will Trusts) inter vivos - while living, at work by the rightful owner of the property to enable it be shared as they want and be enforced at court of equity any time. And nothing will ever change it! Equity is equity.
