Childish ....... if that is the case do 419 people force you to give your money? Some of the pple who have sex with minors also do not force the minors yet they are peosecuted because they are dealing with minors.

Sorry I meant I was in winners chapel in 2006 as a youth corper and convenant University offering was a serious issue.

some people can go at any level to display thier ingorance,a university is not all about building one to clear u Mr. poster I work with a faith based university and even with the amont you are projecting it is not even enough sometimes to meet up with day to day runings,
1,do u know how much is salary of one professor?
2,when was the last time you bought a liter of diesel,like in our uni we  have light 24hrs and as a naija u should knw wat dat means(the cost)
3,we provide wireless internent 24hrs do u know how much it cost to maintain a bandwidth for a year?
4,all our students and staff are on a free medical scheme even when they are on holidays, imagine the cost
5,have you any ideal of the number of students that a private university is to limited to take by the NUC?
6,do you know the cost of science Lab equipments?
this is just but few of the problems faced by private unis faith based or not and going by nuc standards even if u have 1 student in a program there must be professors in that feed for such a program to meet acreditation.so i advise you do proper findings next time b4 posting what you have little or no knowledge of.go and find out the fees of loyola jesuit college in Abj and tell us the church that owns it,extend your findings to American University of Nigeria and tell us the church that owns it ok or do you expect tithes to be used in paying salaries and day to day runings of faith based unis?pardon the lengthy nature of this pls

 some Nigeria christains are fools. whenever somebody mention about church, even if it is a truth, they disagree.
alot of christains cannot afford to send their children to christain university why?
the owners are not missionary but businessmen.

The church does not compete with worldly standards, it is not by force to own a university, there are a lot of things the church can do to assist people but the point is that they are operating like banks, profit minded, have you asked yourself how much this pastors and their parents paid when they attended mission schools and mission hospitals in the past. why is their own different? Do you know how many Nigerians are attending public schools and public hospitals and do you know how many are dying because of poverty.........the church as I know from Bible teachings is the last resort and it is a place where u will go and never leave empty handed, if anything the church is doing does not benefit the poor and downtrodden then they are deviating. When the bible says my storhouse should not be empty do you think the storehouse is one mans pocket? store house is for the poor, sick, widow, destitutes, orphanage and the levite note Levite with no earthly inheritance.

jijiofor my friend university education is entirly a difrent thing, the govrning body (NUC)dont care if yours is faith based or not and if you must operate u must meet the set standards,the lecturers are not your church members and you must pay them based on NUC and federal govt aproved rate and the number  a private university is allowed admit is small  so if u must remain in the system you  must charge based on the number u are alow to admit pls it is not easy o let put sentiments aside and face reality except if you want tithes to remain the main source of funding
