three prominent personalities died and they went to hell. it happened to be Queen of England, Bush and Obasanjo. as they were in Hell the following happened.

queen: sir please i want to call my people to know how they are.
devil: go ahead.

after queen might have called England and she asked for her bill. the devil said 10 thousand pound.
she paid.
then bush called and asked for the bill the devil said $15,000. he paid .
 then obasanjo begged to call and it was granted immediately. it took him almost 10 hrs and when he finished, he asked for bill and the devil said #1.00 (one naira). he was surprise and asked why the devil said from USA AND ENGLAND to hell are all international call but From Nigeria to Hell is a local call. so it is almost free.
