In few sentences, Really we should have dignity of labor. Staff ought to be honest and manage their pay. And business owners should may reasonably, share some part of profit with the staff and take insurance for wealth of resources the staff will pilfer or steal. dDO UNTO OTHERS WHAT YOU WANT THEM TO DO TO YOU.
