WHETHER WE LIKE IT OR NOT, GOODLUCK IS THE MOST CLUELESS PRESIDENT TO RUN ANY COUNTRY. PERIOD. HE IS SILLY. YOU DON'T NEED A SOOTSAYER TO KNOW THAT THE NORTHERN OLIGARCHS ARE BEHIND BOKO HARAM. ALL HE NEEDED TO DO IS DEAL WITH THEIR SPONSORS (WHICH HE SAYS HE KNOWS) AND FINANCIERS AND THAT WOULD BE THE END OF IT. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE BLACKMAN'S BRAIN? EVEN THE USA GOVERNMENT IS ANGRY WITH HIM FOR NOT DOING THIS. AND HE JETS OFF TO BRAZIL TO ATTEND AN EARTH SUMMIT? HABA!
