it is a sole responsibility of the state government to maintain and dualise roads that belong to the state government especialy in an oil producing state of rivers state but the reverse is the case in parts of obio akpor local govt area even as the people of rumuolumeni the host community of  eagle cement,seipem,nns  navy patfinder master energy and other prominet companies that generate hudge revenue for the state but the area is been faced with dangerious  road i wish u can see cars and heavy truks sink into the road  rivers state govt help iwofe people oh.
