WHO IS GOVERNMENT?

Who is goverment? OBJ was calling NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ROGUES, the same OBJ single handedly picked the Late Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar' adua ended up regretting. So who is Government? Even IBB is busy blaming the current Government. Just imagine El Rufia is even blaming the current Government of not been competent. Orji Uzor Kalu is blaming T.A Orji for mismanagement in Abia State while he rule Abia for 8 years and nothing to show for it, so who is government? And they are or were part and parcel ot this same Government.   
Please someone should tell me who is Government? The same place people run for 4,5,6,7,8,10 years, still come out to blame the institution. How could you blame where you were? What is the secret behind the institution called 'GOVERNMENT'? TO ME 'GOVERNMENT IS NOBODY'!!!!!

your statement is too correct,since visit this site you are the only strong write i read from ,poor ppl are killing themselves through the help of the rich elite ,tribalism is following at poorman level while the big men are looting together.
