Hopefully the State will be looking at incoporating Social work social welfare and community support and disability support in the curriculla in Institutes of higher education with a department  or Ministry to care for these less privileged in the community .    It should be a good example for other parts of the country and the Federal government at large .   Those courses aimed at correcting the idea that once disabled you become a liability in life because People with a disabilty can contribute to the society just like any other  able bodies person .
