The baby is vulnerable, needs attention, care, loved by all, attracts the attention of all, pitied by all, infact the baby child is the center of attraction in the family. Such is the case with women or the baby-gurls, the need attention, love, to be cared for, to draw all attention, to be seen as vulnerable therefore need extra protection of a supeior figure. Such is at the subconscious of gurls, ladies or women, in their different categories. So if a guy fails to recognize this , they brand him "NOT CARING". So they want to be reminded of this "important attitude" of their lifestyle, by being refered to as BABIES. Secondly, its hard for a lady to tell you her age, because she wants to remain "A BABY", whose age is not quite important, more so, because the younger ones are more appreciated and admired as "still fresh".
