For love to keep operating optimally, the parameters that brought about its existence must not be altered in any way, form or kind. Any alteration renders the love invalid and the repercussions can be more dreadful than hate.

Somehow you could be right but there is something missing in the so called of love, that we practice now-a-days, what we have now is LUST and there is nothing like Love anyway... have ever dated cos of who she is, NO, but cos of what she is, Either for her beauty or Father dough. Can you please kindly define the word LOVE. then you should know if it really still exist. Don't be a movie wannabe Love maker.

i think that love is compatability, loyalty and passion. not madness. the human mind is not very receptant to change and the feeling of love comes with being comfortable with the person it is felt for. one fights really hard to hold on to this stability that any slight change causes heart break. plus passion is a key element. thats wat makes an obvious difference btwn love for ur boy friend and ur brother. so its not an issue of madness (its my psychology classes talking oh )
