If any of these people are not mentally disordered or physically damaged, arrest them and jail them for causing nuisance on d street especially those lazy mallams or send back to their various states. I know of an Australian man name Nicky, he has no legs and hands yet he went about preaching d word of God and encouraging people to focus in God using himself as an example so, Lagos government, park out all the lazy beggars from d street of Lagos.
