It is supposed to be   Federal  govt cup of tea  through initiating the
Disability  support scheme  -  a subsector of human serices under  social welfare  umbrella which is meant to among other things correct the impression that disability is the end of life by empowering people with a disability through their support .  .

  Lagos state is alreadby overbudden oned by the able bodied folks providing jobs for the greater percentage of nohen state indigenes not only coming from all over NIgeria but many surrounding  west african countries . Lagos city is the mother that always accomodates all the kids never drives them away irrespective of their source
