When you say Nigerians are not civilised, does that include people like Neglito, Chinue Achebe, Wole Soyinka, Cardinal Arinze, Philip Emeagwali, Chimanda Adichie, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala,Lamido Sanusi to mention but a few.
