Next time ask you school to issue a letter when they collect your passport. In that letter they should write the passport expiry date and why they hold ur passport. That letter should pass to you togehter with copy of yourpassport which hac been ctc (certified tru copy) by principle. If you know the rules no one can hold or ask for your passport accept immigration department and rela. And its not that they dont understand english, if u dnt realy mix with your ppl but i know your will admit that some of them use fake passport or legal paper. Put asside that u dnt like Malaysia feeling. Put yourself in immigration shoes. U stop someone from certain coutry where you knw theres a lot from problem, u ask for a passport and they just say SCHOOL HOLD IT without any prove.
