Is it normal or fashion error?

When I dey waka for street, my eyes dey see many, many things. Infact, sometimes I go see sotey I gotta put myself in check by speaking to my senses n focusing my mind on something else. For ladies wey dey waka for my front  (coming or going), my eyes are always focused on 2 places... (una know na). My concern however is on the lady going in ma front (the one coming is for anoda day). I like to appreciate a well dressed woman; however, no matter how well clothed n pretty a lady is, the sight of pant line on her "baka" is a total turn-off for me. Infact u nid to see how some too tight panties grip some ladies' bum like say the thing wan squeeze blood comot or reduce d size!!! Those ones na no go area....GBAM!!!!  I wanna ask dem ladies; is it a fashion error for the pant line to show or it's a normal thing???
