I am so ashamed at the level of reasoning been displayed here by some Nigerians. Who told you guys that the act of homosegxwality is new to African? The fact that the internet made it more pronounce and the fact  that you never knew about gay people before the advent of the internet doesn't mean it has never existed. It has always been there. In fact it's as old as prostitution. Make your researches and see for yourselves.

But having said that. I think that the white guy was been very stupid  to flaunt an Order of a sovereign state...

The uncivilized homophobic views here is really sad. Everyone is entitled to express their segxwal orientation as long as it does not infringe on the right of others.
Don't be sad what for? We’re all civilised but if someone or a foreigner as in this case deliberately broke the law people would react ferociously and they can go to the extreme and that’s what we have here. I am not against the life style of anyone. The law is the law however imperfect.

There is nothing to be ashamed about. Homosegxwality has been in existence for so long maybe as old as prostitution but majority of Africans are not receptive to this life style of homosegxwality just as westerners detest polygamy. The west likes to impose their culture and life style on us and that’s an insult. They invaded us brought with them all kinds of diseases like gonorrhea and a whole lot of STD illnesses, destroyed our culture and religion just to mention a few.  The law of the land must be obeyed as simple as a.b.c. Westerners has more respects for Saudi laws than they have for African laws.   Africans are not stupid. As a human being I pity the young fella.

Uganda should hurry now to enact the gay law. Media is still holding the Briton. Federal can still punish him for gay violation. He will enjoy enough gays in the prison that is why be is smilling.
