I think the better way for the public or the affected family to check this ppl is to pay back with EQUAL measure!! An Eye for eyes ! No to legal action It dose not bring justice in this kind of issue! , cos the state has empowered them to do so to public drivers if not, why should they kill offenders by what right? this not the first time this kind of a thing is happening, and how many of this officials has the judicial court sentenced to death for extra judicial killings of citizens ?
