The problem maybe  coursed by blockage of sewage through which the water supposed to flow through,Nigerian Government never care for the poor masses  because they all living in Abuja in a high places where floods can;t reach, they neglected the people who voted them into the office, Look at how poor masses  is suffering...dying either by flooding or so called evil BOKO HALAM in a country where God has blessed his people with riches,who said that those idiots that called them selfs Governors, Ministers, Senators and Mr President and his Vice does not know the people that behind BOKO HALAM ?  its really a pity that Government does not give damn on what happen to to people they supposed to care for, they all fighting for they own pocket ,routing Nigeria fund banking it to overseas, they all bunch of idiots
