I sympathise with Ngozi if truly she is HIV +ve however by way of counselling,I want  her to know that we as human beings are destined to die through one cause/reason.I sincerely think she should appreciate that there are medications that can assist her ailments.Failing to take the recommended anti-retrovial drugs is more or less saying she wants to DIE QUICKLY.I advise her to be taking her drugs moreso there are millions of such patientsworldwide that are living  normal lives having been religiously taking their ARVS.Additionally she should be closer to God at this critical period.No human being having spouses and children will be buried with them when death comes, so she should not let these continue to give her depressions.Ngozi, best of luck.
