this is the main reason they have to change and invest in our health care system, running to take treatment abroad is another way of wasting the our money, they are in power, they have
the chance to build new hospital, buy latest equipment, and upgrade our hospital to that of  western world and see the difference they could make to there life and that of our dear citizens
of nigeria. we have good doctors but we lack good equipment in our hospital.
