It is the first duty of the State to provide security for the nation and it's citizens.
When this fails as it currently has in Nigeria, then by all means it is time for citizens
to obtain by whatever means necessary the peace and security that must be maintained
in order to enhance the road to having a prosperous nation...by whatever means necessary...
