NO! Halloween comes from the PAGAN Holiday of SAMHAIN (Sow-in). It was the Celtic New Year, and it is believed to be the time when the portals between the spirit world and our world are the thinest. People dress up on Halloween today because the original Pagan tradition was to dress up to scare off evil spirit, So the above comment was right. There are many difference between today's celebration of Halloween and the holiday that Pagans celebrate, most kids dress up and go out for "Trick-or-Treat"(also known as guising). Having said that, I've lived here 19yrs I and my family never dressed up or participated in it, from my perspective, I personally reckon it not Godly.

Halloween is the Devil's birthday. Perhaps it should be called Hell-O-Ween. On that day, Halloween, October 31st, the witches and Satan worshipers make a human sacrifice by slaying a child. We seek to enlighten people about the Satanic origins and practices of Halloween. We tend to overlook the reality of Satan worship, for it is becoming more and more open and accepted. There are real witches, real spells and real rituals. As we buy cards about witches and other Halloween symbols, are we unconsciously approving of such worship? Personally, I believe that we are partaking in that which is evil.  All through the year the Satanists sacrifice cats, dogs, and other animals, but on the special day they offer a human being - one of their own children -  they select for this ghoulish murder! That's shocking! "Orange, black, and red, the Devil's colors, are the colors associated with Halloween. Druids were Satanic to the core in their worship & pagan practices. Halloween is a Druid holiday that many countries have received from Satanic paganism. The jack-O-lantern itself is an ancient symbol of a damned soul. If Jesus has a birthday the devil does too. The holiday is now turned to an advertisement to make money just like Christmas
