My own advise is that it is good to do infertility test and even get the lady pregnant before marriage.

In some extreme case, make sure she even give birth before going ahead for marriage. This advice may sound strange and ridiculous to some people, but if all want to be honest with themselves, let up put religion aside, lots of people around us have been married for years without an issue. Some 5,10,15, even 20 years. It takes the grace of God for such marriage to succeed with kids. We are African and don't let us pretend about it, only5% of the populace will allow adoption. The problem may not be infertility, it may be incompartibility among the couples.

After lots of wasted years if such couples separate and go their separate ways, both of them may have kids, so it may not be infertility but compartibilty.

All who have ears, let them hear. The only person who can give you good advice is someone who has had such problem in the past or who has someone close to him/her in that kind of problem.

Impregnate and give birth!  Shocked why go that lenght, better submit to God's destiny.
i also advice you and I to help the campaign aginst pre-marital sex because this seems to be the major cause and if not; incompartibility is another case entirely. i think we are all of age to choose our life partner and assuming we wrongly choose the next step as i think is divorce. i dont pray for that sha o.

fertilty test before marriage is important bt shouldn't be a most. The original plan of God for a woman to a man was that she should be a helper to the man, a companion. Child bearing, though is a blessing to a marriage, is only secondary.
